Terms of use

The "Bed and Breakfast Al Giardino" of Venice are classified as "family run accommodation service - bed and breakfast " within the ambit of "non-hotel accommodation provision" in the Province of Venice.

A national framework Italian Tourism Law and several Regional laws, in our specific case by-laws of the Veneto Region, regulate this type of accommodation.

The "Bed and Breakfast Al Giardino", in accordance with the current regulations, offers a service of accommodation and breakfast.

To use such a service in Italy, in accordance with Italian Civil Law, the Regulations of the IAH (International Association of Hotel) and of the FIAVET (International Federation of Travel Agents), a reservation is considered valid with the advance payment of a deposit (caparra confirmatoria).

The payment of the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) can be made in one of the following ways:

1. with the payment of the amount of the first night paid by credit card;
2. with the payment of 50% of the total amount with a postal order.

Cancellation Policy

Again, in accordance with Italian Civil Law, the Regulations of the IAH (International Hotel Association) and of the FIAVET (International Federation of Travel Agents), cancellations will be accepted without charge if communicated via e-mail or fax to the "Bed and Breakfast Al Giardino" at least 15 days prior to your arrival date during low season, and 30 days prior to arrival date in high season.

In the case of failure to comply with these conditions, the whole amount of the stay will be charged.
