Description of suites service in bed and breakfast
Rental of fully furnished apartments including:

  • double bed
  • sofa bed for two people
  • kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, electric stove, microwave, Lavazza Blue LB 1000 espresso, extractor hood, set of dishes, glasses, dishes and cookware
  • breakfast (free!)
  • free public parking
  • private bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and double shower with jacuzzi
  • complete set of linens
  • SAT TV
  • supply of electricity, hot and cold water, heating, air conditioning
  • small garden (only for ground floors)
  • private entrance
  • daily cleaning.

Notes

  • We rent the suites on a daily basis without requiring a minimum stay.
  • The suites weekly rent is from Saturday to Saturday, but subject to availability and on request can be arranged at different times.
  • The return day may be at any time since the bed and breakfast has its own entrance.
  • The arrival (check in) is preferably provided after 12:00 AM, but you can arrange to arrive at different times.
  • The departure (check out) will take place before 10.00 AM.
