We are Gianni and Katy, the owners of "Al Giardino Apartments" of Venice, Italy.

Welcome to our web site and thanks for giving us your attention.

The idea of adding tourist apartments to our existing, approved "Al Giardino Bed and Breakfast", has developed from our experience and from the attention we have paid over the years to the requirements of our clients, who have repeatedly asked for a service which could not be completely met in a B&B room.

Single travellers, couples, couples with children, groups of friends, parents with their children, young people, adults, the elderly who, in addition to the service of accommodation with breakfast, have often mentioned that they would like accommodation "more" independent, "more" free, "more" self-sufficient.

And it was these ideas of "more" that were our points of reference in planning our new apartments; not simply small flats with a bedroom, a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom, but flats with something "more" in terms of design and atmosphere.

Our planning for the building that would house the "Al Giardino Apartments" in Venice also included paying attention to the exterior. In the recent restoration we have tried to preserve the traditional characteristics of a Venetian house, with exposed brickwork, red, "graffiato" plaster and soundproof windows with white frames and venetian blinds; the floors and internal finishing are in marble and the first floor ceilings have exposed beams.

The dominant feature of the interior decor is venetian red; the double bed and the divan, blow-ups of detail from paintings by Titian: a designer-created living area with kitchenette colour "wenge" equipped with refrigerator, sink, electric hot-plates, microwave oven, Lavazza Blue LB1000 expresso coffee machine, extractor hood, a set of crockery, glassware and stainless steel pots: a standard bathroom with hand basin and double shower with hydromassage: a full set of bedlinen and towels: a satellite TV, electricity supply, hot and cold water, central heating, air conditioning (LG Art Cool Mirror): a small garden (ground floor flat): independent entrance: cleaning.

And, on top, free breakfast!
