The Bed and Breakfast "Al Giardino" in Venice owes its success to the ability to create value in its relationships with Customers: for this reason it is our main interest to protect the privacy of our Customers. Therefore, in agreement with the article n.10 of Italian Law 675/96, the B&B "Al Giardino" declares that:

• The responsible of the treatment of the collected data is: Gianni Ferrarese, via Altinia 119/B, Venice - Favaro, 30030, Italy;
• the collected data is necessary only for the activation of the reservation of the rooms in our B&B;
• customers are protected by the article n.13 of Law 675/96;
• our website does not use cookies;
• 1.the B&B "Al Giardino" do not sell or give the collected personal data to other physical or legal entities;
• with reference to the transmitted data, the Customer is able to exercise the rights expressed in the article n. 13 Law 675/96 (access, correction, integration, cancellation, opposition etc.) addressing their action to those responsible of the treatment of the data;
• with the completion of the reservation form, the Customer declares to have read and understood the terms and regulations and expressed consent to the communication of personal data and to their treatment for the purposes indicated in the regulations, being aware that, in defect of given consent and in the case of assessed inaccuracy of the communicated information, the demand will not be satisfied.
